General Terms of Service of buying website traffic at WebsiteTraffic.GURU

1. By placing an order with WebsiteTraffic.GURU, you confirm that you’ve read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service.
2. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service without notice.
3. We don’t guarantee the uniqueness of our traffic or any actions performed on a website. We deliver visitors to the URL of your choice, not a specified action on a website.
4. We don’t take responsibility for the use of the traffic delivered to the client’s website. The customer is responsible for checking if the network they work with allows paid traffic.
5. WebsiteTraffic.GURU prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of such rate changes.
6. Service delivery is measured by an individual tracking link we provide upon activating a campaign. We always go by its count.
7. By using our services you authorise WebsiteTraffic.GURU to send traffic to the URL specified in the order.
8. By using our service you agree to not hold us responsible nor liable for any account loss on any network, ad network, Adsense or another website. By using any of our services you assume any risks your website, social and other accounts may face. You assume full responsibility for not only the loss of any accounts but for any loss of income that may result from using our services. We assume no liability for loss of income or assets.
9. We do not provide traffic to sites with PTP (ad.fly, adfoc.us and similar), any type of illegal content, tech support, pharmacies of any kind, phishing URLs, trojans, adware, malware, forced downloads etc.

Refund Policy

1. You can request a full refund if your order has not yet been started.
2. If we discover viruses, trojans, extensive page redirection, downloaders, tricky codes etc, we may cancel your order without a refund.
3. Once your campaign is active you can request it to be stopped and an equivalent of the remaining visitors will be refunded.
4. We honour all refund requests for undelivered traffic. If you choose to file a dispute instead, you will owe all fees and related expenses to that chargeback and it may result in no refund at all.
5. Payments by cryptocurrency are non-refundable.
6. You agree that once your order is complete, you will not file a chargeback or a dispute against us for any reason. If you do file a chargeback or a dispute against us after your order is fulfilled, we reserve the right to terminate any and all of your future orders.
